How do I get yearly renewal of my website and advertising
You pay only the monthly fee for annual renewals. You do not pay the one-time setup fee. We will send you a notice near the end of the year and you can respond to that email. Or, you can contact us at any time to extend your service.

Tell me about your guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. When we initially design your website and advertisements, you can make any changes or revisions you like during this process. You approve our designs prior to publication. Our guarantee consists of (1) you can make any changes or revisions during the first 30 days after publication and (2) at any time thereafter we will correct any errors in your website and advertisements. You also receive our Standard Maintenance Service whereby periodically we update your advertisements and website during the year. This includes any minor changes and revisions you may need.

What if I want a separate website and domain name
Our Standard "Package" provides a subweb domain name setup for your website, such as www.citynation.com/yourname. Your website is part of the CityNation Advertising Network that includes overall promotion of all items in the network. You can obtain a separate domain name and website which is apart from the CityNation website by selecting the Option of a separate domain name for $100 per year. We install your website on the Internet as a separate website apart from the CityNation network - and we also link your website to CityNation so you obtain our powerful promotional services.

What about my email accounts
Most people already have email accounts with Yahoo, MSN, gmail, or others. Your Standard "Package" does not include email accounts. To obtain an email account with your website, select the Option of a separate domain name. Your email address would be, for example name@yourdomainname.com.
