We all know about the initial training and support you get. So, I am only going to talk about the continuous training and support you receive. When you get an order for paid advertising in the FunFacts News, that same ad is also placed free in the City Guide. CityNation designs your ad (when you pay for that service by sharing a part of your ad price), they send you back a proof-copy for you to give to your customer to make changes and give final approval. You send the approved ad back to CityNation to be finalized and published. This is the standard procedure which we all know about.

This is all part of the "Marketing System" that CityNation has designed. Along with this, you have the Flyer that helped you get the order, the marketing script that you used, the order forms that were sent to CityNation, the publication of the FunFacts News and City Guide by CityNation, and many other things. The important thing is that the whole "Marketing System" will not work if you are "on your own."  So, CityNation makes sure that you are never "on your own."  Here's how they do it.

When I first started as a local Publisher of my local FunFacts News, and after I received the startup training and support, I began to receive the "Continuous Training and Support."  Right away I new that's what I needed in order to make the big money, and I knew that I am part of a Team, and that's when I began to grow and expand according to my own plan.

Right from the beginning, CityNation and I created a schedule of when we would "meet" on the telephone to talk about my operation. We communicated by tele-conference. We agreed on the items we would cover in our meetings, such as (1) my recent customer visits and new orders, (2) changes that may be needed to my presentation to customers, design of flyers, and changes to my procedure, (3) the free ads that are being furnished by CityNation, and (4) the growth of my operation. We added more items as time went on.

Here's what happened. There are 2 parts to all of this training and support. First, I really learned how the marketing system works, how to quickly and easily present the information to customers and get orders for both the free ads in the City Guide and the paid ads in the FunFacts News, and how the procedures worked. Second, after I learned all of this - I started to get the help and support on how to expand my operation, get more customers, get another territory, hire a sales staff on "commission-only" and how to build my future.

So, that's the goal. Get all the help you need so you can be successful at the basic part of the business. Than, expand your operation and get into new things with CityNation. I now have 2 Territories. My second Territory is run by a "commission-only" salesperson. When I go on vacation, which is often, my Territory is run by my new salesperson. I could semi-retire if I wanted to, and have another "commission-only" salesperson run my Territory. But, I don't want to retire. I want to keep growing with CityNation. It's a lot of fun and I am enjoying every minute of it. Thank you.
