Notes:
(1) The above list covers 12 months of service for all items, and may be renewed thereafter.

(2) CityNation's designers, editors and writers will develop your "Total Website Package" based upon the information you furnish during the Setup phase and in accordance with the Plan you selected.

(3) To order your "Total Website Package" download the Fax Order Form, than fill out and fax the Order Form to CityNation at (805) 529-8946 (or use the Web Order Form which is automatically sent to CityNation).

(4) The Setup Fee should be paid within 3 days after CityNation contacts you and starts developing your "Total Website Package."

(5) Website Maintenance includes maximum 1 hour/month (normally sufficient) and covers error corrections and minor editorial changes you desire. If maintenance requires more than allotted time, client will be notified. If accepted, client is billed at rate of $30 per additional half hour worked.  Web pages are designed using Microsoft FrontPage.

(6) The Option Install Primary Domain Name consists of installing your website separate from citynation.com and providing an added linked advertisement from citynation.com to your separate website. 

(7) Options may be selected during the Setup phase. Payment is required within 3 days after starting.
