Sales Procedure: Your sales procedure is simple. You contact local businesses of every type and give them a Premium Business Advertisement, FREE in the National Business Directory that we publish. After this introduction, you explain our "Total Website Package" using the instructions and presentation material we furnish.  They can start by providing a small down payment. We immediately contact the customer and begin developing their “Total Website Package.”  

The "Total Website Package": This is a custom web design that includes advertising and marketing for the customers products/services for 12 months. The standard prices ranges from $490 to $890 for setup and a monthly fee from $49 to $69. Special prices can exceed $2,000.  You receive about 20% of the setup fee, plus 20% of the monthly fee, plus 20% of any yearly renewal fee.

Full or Part Time: You can work full or part time. You can also stop at any time and resume working later. If you wish, CityNation will maintain contacts with your customers and prospects while you are on vacation or temporarily out of contact.

You Own The Territory: You own the exclusive rights, under agreement with CityNation Publishing, to sell our "Total Website Package" and website design services in your Territory. When you grow your Territory, you can sell it and keep 100% of your sale price. We will train and furnish all support services free to the new owner. You do not pay a royalty for our continued support service. This is a great career when you want the assurance of a protected territory that you own, especially when you receive monthly and yearly renewal income, such as from this career.

Qualifications: Selling our custom website design service is easy and simple. Most anyone can do this. Some sales experience is helpful however so you already know the basics, such as asking for the order. You can sell via visiting each business or via telephone. We give you the sales script that describes what to say to the customers.  This is a professional career where you meet business owners and managers of every type. If you enjoy contacting and visiting businesses, you will be excellent in this career.

Receive Another Territory: If you decide to expand, you can obtain additional Territories for yourself or associates. We provide free training and support for your associates.

What You Can Earn: Your earnings depend mostly upon how many potential customers you contact each week. Our experience shows that the more prospects you contact the more income you will make. It's that simple. Contact more prospects and earn more money.

If you do not already have sales experience, you can still make a good income by visiting at least 10 new prospects a day. Generally, the average order is $500 and your income is about $100 for that order. You may decide to sell to headquarters or large companies, or you may decide to sell to just retail stores. Some salespeople close one order per 10 new prospects, while other salespersons close one order per 20 new prospects. Often, the customer wants a special website designed that costs over $2,000. You receive about 20% from every order (you would receive $400 in this example). You can earn over $60,000 per year and can work full or part time.

Give Free Advertising To Every Prospect: To help you quickly get acquainted with each new prospect, we enable you to give away a free Premium Business Advertisement in the National Business Directory we publish. This ad can be revised every month. That enables you to visit the prospect every month and sit down to discuss their ad, get any desired changes, and again talk about our website design services if they have not already so purchased.

What You Need:  As a home-based operation, you need a phone, computer with Internet connection, printer, and fax. You should have some experience operating your computer and the ability to contact customers during their working hours.
